Varsity Head Coach- Alison Rutlidge

 Originally from Troy, Missouri (a small town outside of St. Louis). Proud mother of 4 currently residing in Murrieta, California. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and watching her kids play sports.

Alison attended Buchanan High School in Troy, MO where she helped her team advance to the Missouri State Tournament in her Junior and Senior year. Garnering All Conference, All District and All-State honors as well as Gatorade High School All-American. She graduated high school with a 3.5 GPA and a full basketball scholarship to San Diego State University.

After playing Freshman and Sophomore years at San Diego State, she transferred closer to home to Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL to finish her college career. After red shirting a year and undergoing knee surgery, she started all 30 games as a junior and helped SIUC win the Missouri Valley Conference championship and advance to the first round of the NCAA tournament. She graduated SIUC with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Business Education. 

Following college, she coached 5 years at Lincoln Junior High School where she started an AAU travel team for girls in Southern Illinois. She has also coached young teams at the YMCA, Valley Wide in Murrieta and the Middle School League through TYBL. Alison is an active coach of the girls program for Evolution Elite Basketball Club.
